DIY Owie Spray
Let’s continue our discussion about Melaleuca with a fun recipe for "Owie Spray."

It helps the skin heal and remain clean.

Want to make your own Owie Spray? Don’t worry if you don’t have a spray bottle, you can put this concoction in a little glass dish, a tupperware container, or whatever you’d like! Just make sure you have it on hand because this one will soon be a staple in your home!

OWIE SPRAY

15 drops of Lavender

15 drops of Melaleuca

15 drops of Frankincense

Combine essential oils in a 2oz spray bottle and top with

fractionated coconut oil. Shake well before each use. Spray on irritated skin as needed.
