Sinus pressure can often accompany a time of sickness and can really make you miserable.
There are some quick ways to assist with relieving that pressure naturally.
QUIET THE DRUMMER BLEND RECIPE
• 1 drop Oregano Essential Oil
• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
• 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
• 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
This blend can be used in your diffuser, as a roller blend or in an empty vegetable capsule, and taken internally.
ROLLER BLEND – Combine oils in a 10ml roller bottle and top with carrier oil. Best areas to apply topically: inside edge of eyebrows, beside the bridge of the nose, or the outer edge of the nostrils.
CAPSULE –Combine oils in an empty vegetable capsule and take up to twice per day if needed. If you are new to ingesting oils, start with just one drop of each oil; and be sure to take with food to help prevent any stomach upset.
