When you’re feeling less than your best, it is very important to stay hydrated. Proper hydration plays an important part in thinning mucus and helping your body rid itself of the unwanted visitor. So be sure to drink plenty of water while you are under the weather.

1 drop Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil *

1 drop Lemon Essential Oil

1 tsp. Food - Grade Fractionated Coconut Oil

Can be taken up to three times per day to help thin congestion and mucus.

*Cinnamon Bark is a hot oil. If one drop is too much or causes irritation, consider using a toothpick dipped in Cinnamon Barkand swirling it into the mixture above rather than using a full drop.
